Job Title: Associate Producer

Experience: 2+ years in Advertising/TVC production


Role Overview:

As an Associate Producer, you will collaborate with the production team to execute ad film projects seamlessly, reporting to the Producer/Senior Producer. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling. You will manage pre-production, production, and post-production tasks while maintaining a creative and collaborative approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Producer/Senior Producer in managing multiple ad film projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with directors, creative teams, and clients to align on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Oversee logistics for shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and permissions.
  • Liaise with crew members, vendors, and suppliers to secure necessary resources and equipment.
  • Monitor progress during shoots, addressing any on-set challenges promptly.
  • Assist in managing post-production schedules, including edits, sound design, and final deliveries.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in ad filmmaking, preferably with a production house or agency.
  • Strong understanding of ad film production processes, including pre-production, on-set operations, and post-production.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.


Preferred:

  • Experience working on high-budget ad films or branded content.
