Job Description


Your Opportunity


  • Participate in the requirements analysis, design, conceptualization and implementation of innovative data products.
  • Engage with various stakeholders like sales, marketing, engineering to gather requirements and build data products.
  • Figure out the greatest and the latest technologies to power our reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Identifying the areas where recurring work is happening and getting that automated.
  • Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and optimisation of our query systems and dashboarding.
  • Building processes to make sure proper quality checks are there in all of our dashboards and data products.
  • Mentoring and leading the group of data analysts.
  • Take initiatives in developing and maintaining integrations of best practices within the data engineering department.


Required skills/experience

  • 5+ years of strong experience in SQL, BI tools, reporting tools(preferably Looker Studio) and good analytical skills with Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant discipline.
  • Strong logical & analytical concepts in databases, schemas, dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight, Kibana etc).
  • Attention to details and strong data orientation.
  • Led critical projects with the team.
  • Knack to see patterns and trends
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to mentor the team and drive some of the analytical initiatives.
  • Strong rigor in identifying and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Good to have: Understanding of ecommerce/online payments business.
  • Good to have: Experience of storing, retrieving, querying Data at scale.
