About the Role


As the Senior Manager, you will design and execute performance marketing strategies across diverse digital platforms, optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and create measurable impact for our fast-growing products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies tailored for Fantasy Sports and Opinion Trading platforms.
  • Drive acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks.
  • Collaborate with Telegram groups and YouTube influencers to reach niche audiences and maximize engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Leverage programmatic advertising to target audiences with precision and efficiency.
  • Build and manage partnerships with affiliate networks to scale user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure maximum returns on marketing investments.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Innovate with data-driven insights to create new campaign strategies and performance benchmarks.


Who Are We Looking For?


  • Experience: 6–8 years in performance marketing, preferably in gaming, fantasy sports, fintech, or opinion trading domains.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in running high-budget digital campaigns with a focus on user acquisition and retention.
  • Programmatic Knowledge: Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms for audience targeting and optimization.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Expertise in managing and scaling affiliate networks to drive results.
  • Telegram & YouTube: Proven experience in leveraging Telegram communities and YouTube influencers for campaign success.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights.
  • Creative Thinker: Exceptional skills in ideating campaign hooks, messaging, and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Team Player: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing agency/vendor relationships.
  • Passion for Sports/Trading: A keen interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Opinion Trading will be a big plus.
