WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?

If the problem statement of picking an established brand and a new brand and taking them to the next stage in the growth journey to align with the vision / value proposition excites you and if you have a history of strategizing and executing creative acquisition and remarketing strategies across the B2C or D2C space on a mass level, then read on.


Performance Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Ideating and executing innovative digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive brand growth and revenue growth of up to 3x in the next 6 months.


Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the data team to analyze customer behavior and preferences.


Budget Management:

  • Own and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Implement budget forecasting and monitoring processes to track and optimize spending.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with the product team to incorporate product launches into marketing campaigns.


Testing and Optimization:

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing budget performance and enhance conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings to leadership and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.


Team Leadership:

  • Building and leading a high-performing team of 2-4, across performance marketing, retention and affiliates; providing mentorship, and driving a culture of excellence.


WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • 5 years of experience in performance/ growth marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team is a plus.
  • Experience in D2C brand is a plus with god Meta/Facebook expertise
