Job Description:

As a Social Media Specialist at Teceze, you will be responsible for developing and executing our LinkedIn strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create and promote content that resonates with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our LinkedIn strategy.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and videos.
  • Monitor LinkedIn trends and provide insights and recommendations for improving our LinkedIn presence.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media platforms.
  • Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of our LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn best practices, new features, and algorithm changes.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, features, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
