  • Letter of Credit (LC) Handling: Manage all LC-related transactions and processes efficiently.
  • Document Submission: Ensure all necessary export documents are accurately prepared and submitted within required timelines.
  • Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the plant and clients to confirm and communicate dispatch dates.
  • Mathematical Accuracy: Maintain accurate calculations and arithmetic proficiency, especially in terms of export-related costs and data.
  • Responsiveness: Provide prompt and efficient responses to client and internal team inquiries.
  • DGFT & Export Schemes: Have a solid understanding of DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) regulations and be familiar with export-related schemes to ensure compliance and take advantage of available benefits.
