Role Overview:

As the CEO of Rupee112, you will be responsible for leading the company through its next phase of growth, with a focus on strategic expansion, operational excellence, and innovation. You will be the key decision-maker, working closely with the Board of Directors, senior leadership team, and stakeholders to ensure the company’s long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:


·      Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive the company’s expansion into new product lines and geographies.
  • Maintain and enhance Rupee112's competitive edge by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


·      Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that the business runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to monitor progress and drive performance across all departments.
  • Implement scalable processes and systems to support the company’s rapid growth.


·      Financial Stewardship:

  • Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability, ensuring the financial health of the organization.
  • Engage with investors and stakeholders to secure funding and maintain strong relationships.


·      Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the senior management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Attract, retain, and develop top talent to support the company’s growth objectives.


·      External Representation:

  • Act as the public face of Rupee112, representing the company in industry forums, media, and public speaking engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, regulators, and partners.
  • Champion the company’s values and vision, both internally and externally.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Strong track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in complex environments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred.
