Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate to join our Program Execution team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of startup ecosystems, corporate innovation needs, and program management. The candidate should be highly self-driven, possess excellent analytical skills, and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including startup founders, corporate managers, mentors, and investment managers.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate startup readiness and maturity to determine their fit for various programs.
  • Understand corporate problem statements and map them to relevant startup solutions.
  • Understand the problem statements of startups and provide guidance to help them navigate challenges.
  • Manage and execute startup and corporate programs effectively, ensuring alignment with program goals and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with startup founders, corporate stakeholders, mentors, and investors to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Coordinate with corporates, startups, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  • Track and analyze program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of events, workshops, and mentoring sessions related to program execution.
  • Work independently to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Manage and guide startups through different stages of their journey, ensuring they receive the necessary support and mentorship.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in program management, startup engagement, or corporate innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess startup readiness and alignment with corporate problem statements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience in working with startups, accelerators, or corporate innovation teams is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
