We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Analytics Team Lead to manage our analytics team. As the Analytics Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and utilizing data to provide valuable insights that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.


Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement analytics strategies that align with organizational goals and support decision-making processes.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects within specified timelines.

Data Analysis: Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

Reporting: Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, analytics processes, and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Training and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and career growth.

Customer Management: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with customers, including regular sync-up meetings, to ensure smooth project running and delivery while meeting customer expectations.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in analytics or data science roles.

At least 2-3 years of experience in a team lead position within an analytics team.

Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of 20 analysts to deliver impactful insights.

Experience in working with large datasets and using database management systems.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in customer management strategies and techniques.

Expertise in Snowflake and AWS is a plus.

Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics and data science.
