We are on the lookout for a talented Senior SEO Specialist who can drive our global visibility and ensure our digital presence is as strong as our vision.


What do we expect from you?

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our SEO strategy with a focus on both technical and international SEO. You’ll work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to ensure that our website and content are fully optimized for search engines on a global scale. Your expertise will help us increase our organic traffic, improve rankings, and expand our international reach.

You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our site is technically sound, performs well across different regions, and adheres to SEO best practices.


Who are we looking for?

You are/demonstrate:

  • A technical SEO expert with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Experienced in managing international SEO campaigns and optimizing for multiple regions and languages.
  • A problem-solver who can identify technical SEO issues and work closely with developers to resolve them.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for driving organic growth through data-driven strategies.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO needs effectively.

You’re good at:

  • Conducting technical SEO audits and implementing fixes for issues related to site architecture, crawling, indexing, and performance.
  • International SEO, including hreflang implementation, geo-targeting, and localization strategies.
  • Keyword research and competitive analysis to inform both technical and content optimizations.
  • Monitoring SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO-specific platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure SEO is baked into our website's foundation and architecture.


Extra Awesome if you are:

  • Experienced in scaling SEO efforts for international markets, understanding the nuances of global search trends.
  • Well-versed in optimizing for Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics.
  • Familiar with the AEC industry or passionate about Ed-Tech and professional upskilling.
  • Comfortable with basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with development teams.


Required Experience:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong focus on technical SEO and international markets.
  • Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving growth across multiple regions.
  • Proficient in SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.


What is mandatory?

  • Strong technical SEO expertise, including experience with website audits, schema markup, hreflang implementation, and page performance optimization.
  • International SEO experience, with a solid understanding of how to optimize for different languages and regions.
  • A deep understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them in a global context.


What is not mandatory?

  • Previous experience in Ed-Tech, although it would be beneficial.
