The Role

We are currently looking for a 6-month contract Workday Integration Consultant to join our Advisory Team reporting to our Integrations Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing integration support services and optimisation of Workday integration solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design integration solutions that meet their needs.
  • Define integration architecture and strategy to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
  • Configure and develop integrations using Workday Integration tools (such as Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Provide support and improvement to existing Workday Integrations for clients.
  • Map data elements between Workday and external systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct thorough testing of integrations to validate functionality and data integrity.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide training and support to clients on integration-related topics, including data mapping and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to drive successful integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients for integration-related issues, including investigating and resolving technical issues.
  • Perform additional tasks related to the administration of Integration Insights as needed.


Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting and/or deploying Workday integrations.
  • Workday Integration Certification preferred.
  • Full understanding of Workday HCM.
  • Workday HCM Certification preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, Excel and Power point presentation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
