Company Description

ARTIANA is a click and mortar hybrid auction house focused on art and luxury collectibles, with a 'No Buyer's Premium' policy. The company is based in Dubai and has an established presence in Mumbai.


Role Description:


  • Provide information to the clients regarding the artwork and other details to meet their requirements
  • Generate sales through different channels like cold calling, networking, online platforms and collaborating
  • Support gallery events and exhibitions
  • Assist with art marketing to generate leads
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly sales target
  • Build and Maintain strong relationship with clients
  • Negotiation and closing sales
  • Maintain record of sales activities, performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management to review and evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and work closely with other members of the team


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, fine arts or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales or art industry is preferred
  • Passionate about art
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
