Job Description: Senior Manual Tester (VoIP)

Experience: 4 Years to 7 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manual Tester with expertise in the VoIP domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of VoIP protocols, IMS, and SIP, and be able to design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality of our VoIP products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test cases for VoIP, IMS, and SIP call flows.
  • Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct manual testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Troubleshoot issues using logs and Wireshark traces.
  • Understand and apply relevant 3GPP specifications to testing activities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Maintain test documentation and track test results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on VoIP testing.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, IMS, and SIP.
  • Experience in designing and executing end-to-end test cases.
  • Proficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
