JOB DESCRIPTION: Junior Creative Producer


To meet the growing demand for TMRW editorial and marketing teams, we are looking for exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.

If you have strong styling and shoot production experience and a diverse shoot portfolio in the fashion, we’d like to speak with you. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in fashion trends, forecasting and curation and wants to work in a start-up like environment, has 6-7 years of work experience in fashion styling/creative production. In this role, a successful candidate will be an effective communicator and problem-solver and someone who is able to balance the needs and requirements of both the brands and the TMRW team.

This role is an ideal start to a dynamic career path in fashion and styling for an ambitious candidate. The candidate will develop skills and work across all functional areas to grow and improve the brand's success.


As a Junior Creative Producer, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the styling guidelines for on-figure and off-figure/ product apparel across all our brands, follow SOPs to support the co-ordination and execution of photoshoot requirements, and help close on all post-production deliverables. This role is also responsible for inventory management and creating styling play books.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the creative producer on all styling and shoot requirements across catalogue and social media shoots Program, manage shoot calendar and relevant studios. Collaborate with third party vendors to source styling props at the best possible rate Deliver output (still and video) following style guides and service level agreements Maintain and consistently update the casting database for models across multiple agencies & solve for fit challenges using knowledge of model pool Single threaded owner of all communication with production and onset crew to ensure productivity is efficient and MOQ is met. Highlight and escalate wherever required. Adapt to growing business needs and pro-actively accommodate ad-hoc requests


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6-8 years of styling experience in the fashion industry In-depth knowledge of commercial e-commerce studio workflow and campaign shoot processes Diverse portfolio of photoshoots – across indoor, outdoor, model, product, video and statics Strong interest and knowledge about fashion and future trends in production and innovation Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-

paced environment - Strong working relationships with Indian creative community.



PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent time management skills and proficiency under pressure. Ability to handle heavy and overlapping schedule coordination for photoshoots Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, comfortable with hands on management of tasks Hard working and pro-active Open to flexible work hours to accommodate shoot schedules and early call times.
