Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Manager SAI at Winterhalter India at Manesar, Gurgaon. The SAI Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and service staff, ensuring great customer service, maintaining a comprehensive stock of spare parts, and managing the network of experienced partners to guarantee quality and reliability for customers' dishwashing process.

The job role includes:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the clients at PAN India level.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and generate new business.
  • Lead negotiations for the contracts, pricing and service agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting the targets assigned
  • Develop strategies to retain the customers.
  • Lead the team of coordinators and service professionals.
  • Liasoning with the internal departments as and when required as per the job responsibilities.
  • Prepare and present reports on the performance to the senior management
  • Analyse the market trend and customer feedback.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

The candidate should have:

  • Sales Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Spare Parts Management
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the commercial kitchen industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
