Job Summary :

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager for our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team, working remotely with US clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in vendor risk assessments, cybersecurity compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST. This role requires strong expertise in managing third-party risks, working with global stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Third-Party Risk Assessments : Conduct and oversee comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors to ensure compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and other cybersecurity standards.

- Vendor Compliance Management : Evaluate security controls, policies, and procedures of vendors, ensuring alignment with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.

- Risk Mitigation & Remediation : Identify security gaps in vendor environments, recommend mitigation strategies, and track remediation efforts.

- Stakeholder & Client Management : Act as a key liaison between vendors, internal teams, and US-based clients to manage third-party risk and compliance requirements.

- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.

- Process Optimization : Continuously improve third-party risk management processes, frameworks, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure vendors meet cybersecurity compliance obligations under PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks.

- Team Leadership (Senior Manager Role) : Mentor and lead a team of TPRM specialists, providing guidance on vendor assessments, security best practices, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Experience : Minimum 5+ years (for Manager) and 9+ years (for Senior Manager) in Third-Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity Assessments, or Compliance Audits.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certifications (Preferred) : CISA, CISSP, PCI DSS QSA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.

- Knowledge : Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.

- US Client Experience : Prior experience working with US-based clients and managing stakeholders in a global environment.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

- Analytical Thinking : Ability to assess risks effectively and provide strategic recommendations.

- Work Mode : Remote, with US Shift (Starting at 5-6 PM IST).
