❖ Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Process Development Trainee to join our team. The candidate will support various aspects of process development and optimization, including the setup of new factory processes, formulation development, and material chemistry.


❖ Key Responsibilities:


1. Contribute to the establishment of new factory setups, and develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency.

2. Process development and optimization.

3. Support the team with tasks related to material and polymer chemistry. Assist in material separation.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, particularly in circularity and sustainability, and integrate these insights into ongoing projects.

5. Work with the R&D team to develop new products and process formulations.

6. Actively participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions. Share progress updates and provide input on project timelines and priorities.


❖ Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

2. Previous experience in a laboratory setting, including conducting experiments and analyzing data.

3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Having more than ONE year of experience in a relevant field.
