Job Title: Fashion Designer – Bespoke Menswear

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Bespoke Menswear Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and crafting custom, high-quality menswear tailored to the client's exact measurements, preferences, and style. The role involves collaborating with clients, sketching designs, selecting fabrics, and overseeing the production process to ensure a perfect fit and exceptional craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation

Meet with clients to understand their style preferences, specific needs, and occasion requirements.
Take detailed body measurements and note all individual fit considerations.
Provide professional advice on fabrics, styles, and garment construction.
Design Development

Create sketches and detailed designs based on client input.
Develop patterns and technical specifications for bespoke garments.
Stay current with trends to incorporate modern yet timeless design elements.
Fabric & Material Selection

Source and recommend high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for bespoke menswear.
Maintain relationships with premium textile suppliers and mills.
Production Oversight

Work closely with tailors, cutters, and seamstresses to ensure accurate interpretation of designs.
Oversee garment fittings and make necessary adjustments for flawless final products.
Conduct quality control to ensure each piece meets bespoke standards.
Client Relationship Management

Deliver a luxury experience through impeccable service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Manage project timelines and keep clients updated throughout the production process.
Trend and Market Research

Monitor trends in men's fashion and bespoke tailoring techniques.
Innovate designs that combine modern aesthetics with classic craftsmanship.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Fashion Design, Tailoring, or related field.
Proven experience in bespoke menswear design or tailoring.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
Excellent hand-drawing and digital sketching skills (Adobe Illustrator, CAD, etc.).
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering a perfect fit and finish.
Even freshers are welcome

Skills:
Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
Technical understanding of bespoke tailoring methods.
Strong creativity, artistry, and an eye for design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
