Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at HOUSE OF TRAVELLERS located in Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel arrangements. This will include making reservations, providing travel management services, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are well-coordinated and meet the clients' needs and preferences.


Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
  • Customer Service and Reservations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge about various International Destinations 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
  • Proficiency in travel management software and online booking systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus



Timings: 10Am to 7Pm (Monday to Saturday)


Salary Slab: 15k To 25k (Depending on your interview and previous experiences)
