  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on best practices in programmatic sales and ensuring high performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs for the team and monitor performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Client Consultation: Serve as the primary consultant for clients on programmatic advertising solutions, providing insights into campaign performance and optimization strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 3-10 years in programmatic advertising or digital sales, with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in motivating teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data to make informed decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
