Role: Sales Development Representative SaaS

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative SaaS candidate to conduct prospecting activities to qualify leads and prospects. You’ll utilise a ‘question based’ approach to initiate client contact, displaying an entrepreneurial nature with the ambition and resourcefulness to achieve business objectives/targets. A pro-active and progressive working practice is critical in order to identify/qualify/develop new opportunities within our space. This role is focused on the generation of qualified sales opportunities via inbound + outbound prospecting, working closely with account executives to build, implement and deploy winning strategies.


You will be working with the Co-founders on building a robust sales pipeline for startup business operations. If you are excited about working with world class teams and bleeding edge tech - you are looking at the right place.


Skills and experience

  • Willingness to develop skills as SDR in high-growth SaaS startup.
  • Good speaking/writing/reading skills in English.
  • Experience working in US timezone.
  • Tenacity as a “hunter”; showcasing enthusiasm and passion for cold inbound + outbound prospecting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A fast learner, who is genuinely curious.
  • A desire to absorb knowledge and incrementally grow professionally.
  • Hungry for results, never settling for 2nd place on any leaderboard.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Team and personal goal-oriented.
  • Prior experience of being an SDR/BDR for APAC would be an advantage
  • Preferable in the database, SaaS, Cloud industry.
  • Demonstrated, proven experience of outbound prospecting – Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo
