1.     Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives.

2.     Responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, assessment services and proposals related to our services.

3.     Creating new client pool.

4.     Tie up with corporate’s and exhibition organizers and ability to do cross selling with various products like exhibition stand design, conference and dealer meets.

5.     Seeks and follow leads to acquire new business.

6.     Prepare accurate and timely sales reports/MIS.

7.     Work closely with Design Team and Production Team to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts.

8.     Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics.

9.     Creating value-based demonstrations, ability to write and direct proposal preparation, experienced in objection handling and negotiating.
