PAYROLL


100% Accuracy on payroll processing

Start date - 15th monthly (Collate all data received for payroll from Ops/Ops support/support) Prepare Input Files - Master Updation,Variable, Attendance,Arrear,New Joiner,Employee Salary


Master Updation : Update Bank details(IBAN,Bank Name,Routing and Swift Code) for new joiners or change in account details for existing employees, Update Department and other fields if missing. Update Company code as per Visa tracker. Uploading batches on HRMS for approval.


Variable : Update all Payments other than gross salary and deductions for payroll,Calculate pension for new joiners and update the same. Showing adjustments for the payments done in exception payout.


Attendance : Update manual attendance for HRO and shared resource employees, Update manual attendance for employees facing technical issue on HRMS(IF any).


Arrear : Updating arrears days manually for HRO and shared resource employees, Updating arrear days manually for employees facing technical issue on HRMS or arrear were not captured by system.(IF any).


New Joiner : Sharing New joiner list including all details with India finance to make sure they are included in current payroll.


Input files to be shared with finance, finance team shares payroll draft. Validating payroll draft received and share observations if any. This activity takes place on 2-3 ocassions during the payroll processing.


Employee Salary : Extracting transfer report to update employee salary incase any promotion. Updating revised salaries as per the email and approvals received manually


Cordinating with typing center to get WPS report and Updating MOL numbers from WPS report manually. Ensure payroll calendar is adhered to, Sharing input files with rectification(if any)and observations on Pay register received from India finance and make sure deadlines are met Cordinating with Zinghr team incase any technical error or discrepany during payroll


Sharing Final payregister with respective OD's Preparing Payroll reco


Sharing Final payregister with Indian finance with below approvals with the additional data received from OD's and payroll reco
