Key Responsibilities:-


Technical Recruitment: Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms. Source potential candidates from niche platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow and GitHub.


Research & Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive strategies to identify and engage prospective candidates for leadership and technical roles, ensuring a rich and diverse talent pool.


Collaboration: Work closely with our global talent team and local stakeholders to align on recruitment strategies, sharing insights and innovative approaches to improve our sourcing and selection processes.


Candidate Evaluation: Analyze candidates' backgrounds, skills, and potentials, providing informed recommendations to hiring leaders to secure top-notch talent.


Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine and adapt our recruitment tactics, ensuring we attract the best talent available.


Pipeline Development: Cultivate and nurture a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements, with a keen focus on vibrant markets like Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines and other geos.


Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every touchpoint, from initial outreach to onboarding.


Feedback Integration: Regularly collect and analyze feedback from candidates and hiring teams, using insights to enhance our recruitment practices and ensure we remain ahead of the curve.


Reporting & Metrics: Establish effective reporting systems to track recruitment performance and implement strategic improvements continuously.


What You'll Bring:


Experience: A minimum of 5 years in recruiting talent, particularly within the IT or technology sectors, focusing on leadership and specialized roles across the APAC landscape.


Skill Set: Expertise in developing innovative talent acquisition strategies, with a strong foundation in sourcing passive talent and assessing candidates.


Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.


Cultural Insight: An understanding of the unique cultural nuances and hiring landscapes in the APAC region.
