They have been instrumental in backing several successful startups in India and has established a significant presence in the venture capital ecosystem.


Role Brief:

The successful leader will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget, while adhering to the company's quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan.
  • Manage and oversee project tasks and action items.
  • Facilitate the resolution of project issues and the mitigation of project risks.
  • Manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate and monitor daily and weekly team meetings.
  • Provide analysis and insight into market and industry trends for Treasury, including best practices and thought leadership, and relate them to the technology space.
  • Understand financial data and leverage it to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality deliverables, balancing time, cost, and scope constraints.
  • Actively seek out and address client issues and conduct needs assessments.


Qualifications:

  • 7 to 12 years of industry experience.
  • Proven project management experience in the Wealth Management or Funds sector.
  • Strong ability to communicate independently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
