We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Executive to join our team and support our dynamic operations.


Position Overview: The Administrative Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office operations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills to manage administrative tasks, support various departments, and contribute to the overall productivity of the company.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a well organised workspace.
  • Communication: Manage internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all operational tasks.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Track all customers issues and find resolutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations; maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers for stocks, office supplies, maintenance, and other services.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist with customer billing and collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; assist with regulatory compliance and documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Must have experience of managing physical stocks and inventory.


Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Education: Degree Level Qualification.


  • Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in administrative roles.


  • Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to use smart phones
  • E-commerce software amazon flipkart etc
  • Excellent computer skills


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external partners.


  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and build positive relationships across departments.


  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions; proactive approach to challenges.
