Key Responsibilities :
Office Management : Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a well organised workspace.
Communication : Manage internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule all operational tasks.
