As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will be at the forefront of our B2C sales and marketing activities anticipating student needs, proactively responding to student requests and queries and offering subject matter expertise. Participating in any evidence-based research, reports, options and recommendations on service improvements that focus on achieving desired user experience. Overall, make a positive impact on the lives of our students. 

In this role, we are looking for multiple people who are fluent in English Language.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Managing all incoming student enquiries through website, social media platforms and live chat. 
  • Supporting students queries through case management by completing success and progress with relevant appointments 
  • Providing accurate, timely and documented advice to students on a range of matters including course advice, administration, admissions, enrolment, fees, scholarships and advanced standing and on using Formee Express student portal  
  • Helping and providing guidance with general support enquiries regarding student life including finances, accommodation, public transport, culture, support networks (internal and external) 
  • Increasing international student enrolment at Formee by recruiting international students from diverse regions 
  • Undergoing presentations in the local marketplace to further promote Formee. 
  • Implementing marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach 
  • Identifying and implementing service and process improvements 
  • Managing the internal CRM to input all the student leads and make necessary updates. Our CRM is integrated with many AI features making the whole process easy and streamlined. 

About You: 

  •  Fluent in English 
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum 2 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and/or post-secondary institutions 
  • Exceptional communication verbal and written skills 
  • Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment 
  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships 
  • Experience working with educational consultants 
  • Experience working with a CRM is preferred
