As a Representative at Nineleaps, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining our company's competitive position in the market. This role requires a blend of skills in cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and customer service. You will be responsible for reaching out potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services as solutions. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, generate new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Engage with new potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective customers.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on accelerating sales velocity.
  • Knowledge/curiosity of complex software Services in the Data, Cloud, Digital space
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to effectively qualify leads and manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO ) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
