Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

A.Influencer Discovery & Outreach:

  • Identify and evaluate potential influencers based on client needs, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with influencers to align on campaign deliverables.

B. Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to campaign guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign progress and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance.

C. Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create tailored influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and best practices.

D. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and measure campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Prepare detailed reports and present insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

E.Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Gather client feedback and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaign management and relationship-building.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
