Senior Solution Consultant

Spendflo is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant with 5-7 years of work experience to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technology and will be responsible for providing technical solutions to our clients. As a solutions consultant, you will be an individual contributor and play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base by providing technical expertise and solutions to meet their business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify prospect needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients on the industry and our platform.
  • Conduct product evaluations and proof of concept (POC) exercises to demonstrate platform capabilities
  • Serve as a technical and platform expert during the sales process, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed
  • Work with customers/prospects to understand their requirements and provide the appropriate recommendation
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing technical support and advice
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in cloud technology, competitor landscape and provide insights and recommendations to clients and team members
  • Contribute to the development of new features in the platform based on client feedback and market trends
  • Become an industry expert over the course of time and work with the marketing team on thought leadership activities.


Qualifications

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in presales, solution consulting or related role
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Awarness of cloud platforms such as AWS/ GCP/ Azure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client base through technical solutions


This role is for the Americas region , so you must be willing to do US-shift (PST timings). Prior Experience managing the region/ US customers will be a plus. The role will be based out of India.
