We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have professional certification in Databricks, extensive experience in implementing end-to-end Databricks Lakehouse solutions, and proficiency with additional platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.


This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to drive successful data and analytics projects for our clients.


- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, data challenges, and objectives. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on data and analytics solutions.

- Solution Design : Architect and design end-to-end Databricks lake house solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.

- Implementation : Lead the implementation of Databricks solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization. Ensure seamless integration with other platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive data solutions.

- Pre-Sales Support : Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and present solutions to potential clients.

- Documentation and Training : Create detailed documentation, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.
