Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SCM processes, including Purchase, Sales, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse (AWHS) management, Product Control, Basic Production, and Planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives related to SCM processes.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions to meet client needs, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
  • Lead and participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design meetings.
  • Implement and customize D365 SCM modules such as Purchase, Sales, Inventory, AWHS, Product Control, Basic Production, and Planning.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM and related technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) as an Implementation Consultant or similar role, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and customizing D365 SCM modules, including Purchase, Sales, Inventory Management, AWHS, Product Control, Basic Production, and Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
