We eat challenges for breakfast and solutions as dinner and fights are our midday meals. We question our way out to find the light and see a customer happy, as our purpose is to change the way interior design is looked and the way life is lived.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to establish and maintain brand positioning in the market.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral, communications, and touchpoints.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
  5. Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve brand goals.
  6. Oversee the creation and production of brand assets including advertising campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
  7. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Champion brand voice, tone, and messaging to ensure alignment with brand values and resonate with target audience.
  9. Lead brand positioning and messaging development for new product launches and brand extensions.
  10. Act as the brand ambassador, representing the brand internally and externally to stakeholders, partners, and the media.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and differentiation.
  12. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support brand initiatives.


Tier 1 Business College Pass Outs (MBA) with 3-5 Years of experience are required for this role.
