Job Summary: The Shri Ram Academy, an emerging IB school in Hyderabad, is looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as the Manager of Creative Communications. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that effectively tells our school's story and engages diverse audiences. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a strategic communications plan for the school, addressing both internal and external communication goals.
  • Create and produce high-quality visual content, including:
  • Graphic Design: Design brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, social media graphics, and more. (Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw is essential)
  • Video Production: Film, edit, and produce engaging video content for various platforms.
  • Photography: Capture compelling images of school events, activities, and students.
  • Manage and maintain the school's website and social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for various communication materials, including press releases, website content, social media posts, and more.
  • Utilize paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Marketing.
  • Analyze social media metrics and use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta tools to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather information and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Produce school publications, including newsletters and annual reports.
  • Stay current on communication trends and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, which may include tasks related to creative communications, event planning, or other school initiatives.



Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative communications role.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Corel Draw.
  • Excellent video editing skills, including filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Strong photography skills with the ability to capture compelling images.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
