Responsibilities


As an Ad Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by selling advertising space or airtime to businesses and clients. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with potential advertisers, understanding their marketing needs, and offering tailored advertising solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, communication skills, and market knowledge.


1. Identify Potential Partnerships:

 Research and identify potential ad agencies that align with the company's goals, target audience, and values.


2. Develop Partnership Strategies:

 Develop strategic plans and tactics to establish and nurture partnerships with ad agencies.

 Define clear objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership initiatives.


3. Outreach and Relationship Building:

 Initiate and maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders at ad agencies, including executives, account managers, and business development teams.

 Cultivate strong relationships with agency contacts through regular meetings, calls, and networking events.


4. Stay Informed and Competitive:

 Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to ad agency partnerships.

 Continuously research and explore new partnership opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to drive growth and differentiation.
