Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Investor Relations Manager. This role is crucial in managing investor communications, driving fundraising efforts, and ensuring timely reporting through structured monthly MIS updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and experience managing investor relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of investor communication, including pitch decks, updates, press releases, and fundraising materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors — managing inquiries, sharing timely updates, and building long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the finance and leadership teams to prepare and present monthly MIS reports, including key business metrics and financial performance.
  • Support and drive fundraising processes — helping identify potential investors, coordinate due diligence, and manage ongoing investor conversations.
  • Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and monthly investor calls or check-ins.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and data rooms to support fundraising and investor reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with investor-related regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Communicate clearly during challenging situations — such as operational delays or market fluctuations — to reinforce trust and transparency.
  • Monitor industry trends and investor feedback to improve messaging and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA, CA or CFA preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and investor expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financials.
  • Relationship-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
