Investor RelationsDevelop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value.Preparing of collaterals such as quarterly/annual earnings press releases, operational updates, result presentations, and investor presentationsBuilding & maintaining relationships with buy-side/sell-side institutions/ investors/ analysts through regular, targeted meetings and communicating feedback to the managementDevelop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relative to peers.Benchmarking annual report with best-in-class annual reports and assistance in creating high quality annual report for the companySupporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences, and various other events.Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for top managementESGDevelop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and goals aligned with the organization's mission, values, and business objectives.Preparing and improving sustainability reporting through publications like BRSR and Integrated Report.Good understanding of the Sustainability Reporting Tools like DJSI, GRI, GHG protocol etcConduct materiality assessments and Vendor ESG sessionsConnect with global/regional teams to collaborate and support common programs on sustainabilityAssist in Sustainability Assurance auditsBusinessIn depth analysis of financials to drive cost governance initiativesAssist in driving board vision and agendas in collaboration with senior leadershipConduct in dept analysis on areas like Capital Allocation, Finance Strategy etc.Qualifications:CA or MBA with 2 years of experienceExpert in strategic communication and investor engagementBudget: 15 to 20 L.P.A
