Merch Matters is a full stack custom merchandise and service company, one of the lleading provider of Gifting and Merchandising solutions for expanding companies based in Gurugram. Our products are categorized into Experience Box, Quick Box, and Unboxed, catering to gifting needs for Employees, Clients, Partners, and Prospects. We specialize in "Last-Mile Doorstep delivery" across India to support the work-from-home culture.


Role Description

Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & build sales channels.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media and personal connects.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, understanding their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create required reviews and reports for tracking and evaluating sales.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams



Qualifications

  • Past experience in corporate/B2B sales
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Fast learner with a flair for sales, self-motivated with a results driven approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the gifting or merchandising industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
