Role Overview: The Growth Manager at BHIVE Workspace is responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across all service-based product oKerings, including coworking spaces, managed oKices, day passes, meeting rooms, BHIVE Cafe, and lounge. This role will leverage data-driven insights and growth hacking techniques to optimize product reach, customer engagement, and revenue streams, ensuring BHIVE stays competitive in the coworking and flexible workspace market. The Growth Manager will collaborate across functions—working closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to align strategies with BHIVE’s business objectives and deliver measurable results. This is a performance-focused role, with a primary goal of maximizing product adoption and enhancing overall customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Initiatives • Develop and implement targeted strategies to drive revenue growth across all BHIVE oKerings, with a particular focus on daily sales through day passes, meeting room bookings, and bulk oKerings.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across BHIVE’s product portfolio to maximize customer spend.
Customer Acquisition & Retention • Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns, promotions, and referral programs to expand BHIVE’s customer base.
• Build customer retention programs that increase loyalty, engagement, and repeat business, including loyalty and rewards initiatives.
Growth Hacking & Innovative Strategies • Use growth hacking techniques to identify and exploit new channels, partnerships, or campaigns for rapid growth.
• Test various customer acquisition channels (e.g., digital marketing, partnerships, events) to determine the most eKective tactics for scaling BHIVE’s services.
Data-Driven Insights & Performance Tracking • Analyze customer data, product usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs related to growth, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and product usage rates
Partnership Development • Identify and cultivate partnerships with complementary brands, vendors, and other businesses to expand BHIVE’s reach and enhance customer oKerings.
• Negotiate terms and manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
Collaborative Strategy Execution • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to align growth strategies with product roadmaps, brand objectives, and operational capabilities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer acquisition goals and enable seamless handoKs between marketing and sales eKorts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue Growth: Percentage increase in revenue across day passes, meeting rooms, and other oKerings.
• Customer Acquisition & Cost EMiciency: Rate of new customer acquisition and eKiciency metrics like CAC.
• Customer Retention & Loyalty: Retention rates, repeat usage of products, and loyalty program participation.
• Product Usage & Adoption: Usage rates for day passes, coworking spaces, and other service oKerings.
• Partnership Impact: Revenue generated or customer acquisition from partnerships and referral channels
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in growth management, preferably in service-based industries like coworking, hospitality, or health and wellness.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and customer growth targets, ideally using both traditional and innovative strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for identifying growth opportunities and measuring campaign performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Familiarity with growth hacking tools, customer segmentation, and data analysis techniques.
