The Senior Manager, Client Servicing, will oversee client relationships, ensuring seamless

objectives, and ensure client retention.
The ideal candidate should have experience in curating various types of events, including
exhibitions, corporate events, marketing events, and more, with expertise in event
management and planning across categories.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role
within an event agency.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale events and clients.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the event management process, from concept
development to execution.
• Proven ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions that align with
client objectives.
• Experience working with creative teams, including designers, technical partners
and production teams, to deliver cohesive event concepts.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
