Job Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition lead will be critical in leading and managing the recruitment process across our India team. You will be responsible for shaping our future talent landscape by focusing on sourcing and engaging top talent to fill critical roles, including, but not limited, to risk management, treasury, operations, compliance, finance, fund accounting, investor and financial reporting, technology etc. across all levels. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who enjoys working in a transformational collaborative business environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to create a roadmap for staffing, helping to shape the future of our talent landscape for consultants and full-time hires
  • Construct a robust, proactive pipeline of top-tier talent, leveraging cutting-edge sourcing methodologies (Boolean search strings, web-scrapping, data mining, etc.) to identify and engage the best candidates.
  • Drive seamless candidate management and communication throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Oversee and track requisitions and onboarding progress for all candidates and new hires in coordination with our NY HR team, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Build relationships with industry contacts and recruitment firms to add market intelligence and support to the businesses
  • Create and implement candidate tracking and metrics for current and future opportunities
  • Manage, track requisitions and onboarding progress for all candidates and new hires
  • Prepare data-driven recruiting reports and ad-hoc projects for senior leadership
  • Hungry to take on additional responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our India team.
  • Play the role of a culture carrier for the India team


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years full cycle recruiting experience (in financial services, PE, fintech), with a solid understanding of best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management
  • Run talent acquisition like a business with operational excellence to achieve desired results and a measurable return on investment
  • Direct sourcing expertise and experience partnering with external organizations, networking groups, and executive search firms
  • Proficiency with and Applicant Tracking/Candidate Management Systems
  • Ability to drive strategic planning, change management, and organization development methodologies
  • Operate with a level of gravitas and professionalism to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism and maturity along with strong verbal and written communication skills
