Job Description:


Loyzo Retails India Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will assist in expanding our market presence by targeting maternity and children’s hospitals, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail distributors. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients in the maternity, supermarket, hypermarket, and retail sectors.
  • Present and promote Loyzo's unique product offerings, including our 100% cotton kids' clothing and newborn baby gift sets.
  • Support in negotiating contracts and terms to secure sales and distribution agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Help meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at local trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans.
  • Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Support various marketing activities such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.


Qualifications:


  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the retail industry and B2B sales and marketing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ideal Candidate:


  • Has a background or strong interest in kids' wear or related retail products.
  • Is proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales and marketing environment.
  • Has a passion for high-quality, sustainable baby clothing.
  • Is responsible for assisting in building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline.
