Key Areas of Focus

  • Drive and own the content marketing strategy across channels.
  • High quality original marketing content for landing pages, blogs, ad campaigns, social media, video scripts, brochures, events etc. primarily for US regions.
  • Write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns and other sales collateral.
  • and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with SMEs to ensure standards.
  • with and manage expectations of various stakeholders like SMEs, business leaders, technology leaders and engineers/developers. Orchestrate discovery sessions with analysts and SMEs to understand the service offerings, technology domains and industries we service and expectations from business.
  • persona needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the current content pieces.
  • and implement process changes to drive improvements and excellence.
  • detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications

Required skillsets:

  • Experience as a B2B content writer with a good understanding of technology.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply chain industry with US presence.
  • SEO content with long and short form of writing skills and an understanding of the digital marketing landscape- blogs, LinkedIn content, landing pages, video scripts, brochure, digital ads (LinkedIn and google ad)
  • degree in English, communications, marketing linguistics, or related field.
  • attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
  • verbal and written communication skills.
