At Chargebee, we are looking for a Motion Designer who will work closely with the Marketing Design team and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content.


Will include:

  • Collaborating with the Marketing Design team comprising of Web Designers, Developers and content creators, to conceptualise and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations.
  • Utilising video softwares, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
  • Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
  • Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience
  • A good eye for design
  • Ability to dive in and bring your creativity to any project
  • Analysing and matching pre-established styles of various channels to stay consistent within their brand guidelines
  • Receive and apply feedback with an open-mind
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects and Adobe illustrator/Figma
  • Knowledgeable in motion design techniques, workflows, and tools
  • You have good communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, visually and written.
  • You are organised and can prioritise effectively
  • Has skills to work collaboratively and independently


Good to Haves

  • Experience with 3D Graphic creation(Cinema 4D or Blender) , Rive or Lottie
  • Experience with hand drawn animation
  • Sound designing skills
  • Illustration skills
