We are seeking a motivated and energetic artist to join our company as a Motion Graphics Designer. As part of our digital marketing team, you create social media posters, Ads, video content, PPT and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelors or Masters in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Min 2 years of graphic design experience
- 1+ years proven work experience as a video editor/creator.
- Start-up/early-stage experience and demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment.
- Must have a portfolio of live work to showcase
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills

**Skills Required: -**
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut.
- Fundamental knowledge of Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender
- Proficient understanding of motion graphics & compositing, video editing, and creation of animated backgrounds.
- Ability to correlate the impact of design on Digital Marketing and Sales.
- Strong meme-making skills with an understanding of formats, tone, and audience.
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas.
- Creativity, strong visual and aesthetic sense are a must for the role.
- Organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing experience is a plu

**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
- Prepare storyboard for motion graphic project.
- Transforming storyboards into animated sequences
- Design ads & social creatives for social media promotions.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals

Own the social media calendar and repurpose video content such as team videos, product tutorials, teasers, and more
- Working from concept art to create characters, objects, layouts, backgrounds, etc
- Identify memeable moments and topics in digital communities responsive to audience goals.
- Produce memes to effectively deliver assigned messages to identified audiences
- Working on brochure, presentations, leaflets, trade-marks, videos, and banner designs
- Sometimes work on non-motion graphics videos as well. Like live-action, webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Be a strong voice for users and build user-centric design
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards (based on social media, competitive landscape, and market trends).
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews work carefully, quality control is key.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team when required.
- Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
