Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Agent Product Owner to lead the development and success of our AI-driven solutions. In this key role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI agents that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' sales and marketing efforts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and align with company objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for AI agent solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features and products.
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather feedback, understand needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer impact, market trends, and company objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in AI technology to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Define and track key product metrics, ensuring that goals are met or exceeded.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, balancing customer needs with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML-based products or solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and launching data-driven or AI-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product plans.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
