Job Description :

The Senior Testing/QA Engineer will be responsible for a comprehensive range of testing activities. This

role requires collaboration with data scientists and engineers to ensure our software, data models, and

AI algorithms perform flawlessly and meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

·  Understand the e-commerce product eco-system thoroughly from a testing perspective

·  Review and analyze system specifications to ensure testability and alignment with business goals.

· Collaborate with the data science, engineering, operations and product teams to understand feature requirements and develop systematic test strategies.

·  Perform both automated and manual testing in a rigorous manner for zero-error solutions

· Develop Automated ways to identify, document, and track edge cases, bugs and issues, working closely with the development team to facilitate fixes.

· Continuously update our testing framework to accommodate new technologies and methodologies in data science and AI.

· Unit Testing: Create and execute detailed tests on individual units of source code using tools like pytest and unittest.

· Integration Testing: Verify the interfaces between components and interactions with different parts of the system using tools like Postman and SoapUI.

· System Testing: Conduct tests on a completely integrated system to evaluate the system's compliance with its specified requirements using tools like Selenium and TestComplete.

·  Performance Testing: Use tools like JMeter and Gatling to assess system performance under various conditions.

· Security Testing: Identify vulnerabilities using tools like OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite to ensure robust security protocols.

·  Usability Testing: Evaluate product ease-of-use with real users; coordinate through platforms like UserTesting.com.

· Data Validation Testing: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data using Python with Pandas and NumPy; employ frameworks like Great Expectations for data quality assurance.

· Regression Testing: Routinely check for new software bugs in existing systems with Selenium and manage test cases with TestRail.

·  AI Model Validation Testing: Test machine learning models for performance accuracy using frameworks like Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.

·  Accessibility Testing: Guarantee application accessibility using tools like aXe-Core and WAVE.

· Load/Scalability Testing: Evaluate the capability of the system to handle large scale data and user load, ensuring performance stability using Load Runner and scalability tests.


Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

·  Experience with e-commerce product testing would be highly beneficial.

· Proven experience as a Testing/QA Engineer, with specific experience in testing data science models, machine learning algorithms, and AI applications.

·  Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

·  Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

·  Experience with automated testing tools.

·  Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science toolkits (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn) is highly desirable.

·  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
