Role: Test Integration Lead

Location: Remote (Offshore)

Duration: Full-Time

Department: Growth - Quality Assurance


Summary:

As a Test Integration Lead, you will ensure the seamless integration and quality of our family safety platform. This role combines technical expertise in test integration with project management skills to drive successful releases and enhance the user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Test Integration Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive test integration strategy aligned with development cycles and product roadmaps.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the development, product, and QA teams (located in various times zones) to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Defect Management: Establish a defect tracking and resolution process using Jira dashboards and other tools, ensuring timely identification and prioritization of issues.

Release Management: Participate in release planning to ensure quality gates are met.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and report quality metrics, providing insights into testing effectiveness.

Technical Project Management: Oversee test integration projects, and manage timelines, resources, and risks.

Process Optimization: Enhance efficiency and quality within the offshore QA team.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with offshore Feature QA and Test Automation teams, conducting daily standups.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Test Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test processes, and tools.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Python, Java).
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across time zones and cultures.
  • Familiarity with mobile application testing and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working with US-based companies is preferred.
