Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Python Django Developer with 3+ years of proven expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will not only possess advanced technical skills in Python and Django but also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a track record of successful project management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Project Management: Lead and mentor the development team. Effectively manage deadlines by distributing tasks within the team. Ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Python with a deep understanding of its concepts. Solid knowledge of Django basics and advanced concepts. Hands-on experience with serializers, viewsets, routers, APIView, and middleware.
  • Web Security: Clear understanding of cookies and sessions, including implementation procedures. Knowledge of CORS and CSRF, with an ability to troubleshoot related issues. Database Design and Optimization: Design databases to meet project requirements. Optimize code for improved performance.
  • Server Management: Understanding of server best practices. Knowledge of server-side processes and potential consequences of actions.
  • Django ORM and Database Integration: Strong understanding of Django ORM concepts. Proficient in writing optimized queries using Django ORM. Experience in integrating MongoDB, SQL with Django.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Familiarity with EC2, ECR, S3 buckets, Blobs, Containers, and related services.
  • Web Development Best Practices: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ensure adherence to web development best practices.
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git with a deep understanding of basic and advanced Git commands.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python Django development.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
